Went to STEPPS (more people there this time!), went to class, tired as hell.

Note to self: Write about reading psych notes.

Today I slept 18 hours, finished upgrading to Windows 7 (and installing my new 1.5 terabyte hard drive, yay!), and dealt with the fact that the windows 7 installation is totally kicking my ass.

Today I: went out to lunch with Lydia, wrote my learning journal and studied one chapter for Sociology (back on track to be caught up by Sunday!), knitted two rows of my scarf, and took a very satisfying nap.

Today my communications class was cancelled; I went to STEPPS and there was only me & one other person there (not much of a "group" for group therapy); I studied for an hour & some so I get to put a gold star on my calendar; I hung up my Starry Night poster, and so far it hasn't come crashing down like it did the other two times I tried to hang it ( Read more... )

Today I studied, slept well, went to group therapy, had dinner with a friend from group therapy, went to class, met new people (got a ride home with someone from class!), and took care of myself and my needs-it was a good day.
